Is investing in capital market (share bazaar) halal? if it is hala, are there any rules for investment(particular company)/(buy n sell) ?

If you buy/sell any share of any institution whose status, rules and procedures are laid by the principles of Islamic Shariah and avoids receipt and payment of interest on any of its operations, then it is ' HALAL'
এ দুনিয়ার রঙ্গমঞ্চে কেউ হাসে আর কেউবা গায়
কেউবা কাঁদে চ্ছিন্নবস্ত্রে কেউবা স্বর্নের বিছানায়
কেউবা হাসে ফাঁসির মঞ্চে কেউবা বসে গাছতলায়
জানো সবে নিজ পরিচয়, করছ সবাই অভিনয় ।।
